*Registration at the congress onsite will be available starting  June 13, 2019

**Only under 35 years of age and with a letter of the chief of Division to be sent by email before the congress, otherwise regular fees will be applied on site

 

Registration fees include badge, certificate of attendance, invitation to the Opening Ceremony on Sunday June 16, 2019 followed by a Cocktail Reception, access to the Seated Luncheon Panels on Sunday, June 16 and Monday June 17, 2019 and coffee breaks for the 3-day congress. All congress documents will be given at the registration desk  at the Eugenie Congress Center, 58 Boulevard Charles Livon 1307 Marseille, starting Saturday June 15, 2019 from 2PM to 5PM. Payment must be made in euros only. Upon receipt of your valid registration (with full payment), a confirmation will be sent.

How do I register for the congress ? 
The registration for the congress can be made online until  June 13, 2019.
Starting June 15, 2019 registration onsite will be available at the Eugenie Congress Center, Palais du Pharo, 58 boulevard Charles Livon 13007 Marseille. 
 
How can I pay the registration fees?
Payment of registration fees must be made in euros only. Payments by using  Visa  debit or credit card is accepted on the website and on the welcome desk during the congress. 
Payment by Bank transfer is also accepted

Will I receive a receipt after I have registered?
Yes. As soon as you have registered a receipt will be sent automatically to you. 

Can I register for the ECAS congress without paying the registration fees ?
No, your registration will be confirmed only when full payment has been validated.
Registration fees are waved for faculty (speakers and chairpersons).

Can I register before the early bird fees deadline and pay later?
In order to benefit from the early bird fees, payment must be received before the deadline.

Can I register on site?
Yes. Registration on the congress site will be available during the congress. Registration fees must be made by cash or credit card (Visa). Onsite fees will apply. Personal checks are not allowed.

What does my registration fees include?
Registration fees include badge, certificate of attendance, invitation at the Opening Ceremony on Sunday June 16, 2019 followed by cocktail reception, access to  the Luncheon Panel on Sunday June 16 and Monday June 17, 2019 Final Program  and coffee breaks for the 3 day congress

Can I receive a certificate of attendance?

Yes. A certificate of attendance will be delivered on site at the congress registration desk.  

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

For registration : Cancellations must be sent in writing to ECAS by e-mail to our secretariat contact@ecas-heartrhythm.org. If cancellation request is received one month before the congress, registration fee minus an administration charge of 50 € will be refunded after the conference. If cancellation is received after may 15, 2019 no reimbursement is possible. 
In any case, reimbursement can only be made to the attendee himself/herself before the congress but not to any third party.
